When the stretchers started taking people off the plane and some had neck braces on we knew they had a rough ride. Some of those passengers were seriously hurt. Some..bumps and bruises.
Right after we realized what was happening that made everyone start talking about rough plane rides they had. I hate even thinking about what if? I think they will have a story to tell. Thank God they all lived through it.
