Memorial Day Weekend. It’s usually filled with parades, baseball games, the pools open for the summer, cookouts and family gatherings.
I hope your Memorial Weekend is a meaningful one. I promise to take the time to think of the men and women past and present who serve and protect our freedoms. Some Americans use Memorial Day weekend to honor family members who have passed away.
I know I’ll be in the stands for at least one baseball game. I’ll probably eat a hotdog and see some family this weekend. I will have the true meaning of Memorial Day in my heart.
